Best At Home Workout Videos: 5 YouTube Workouts To Try

In this blog post, I’ll share with you 5 of the best at home workout videos that are my “go-tos”.

When it comes to exercise, I never used to enjoy working out at home. I usually love group classes because I like having instructors telling me what exercise to do, how many repetitions of each, and to motivate me along the way! But I’ve had to shift to at-home workouts since we’re in the middle of a global pandemic (in case you hadn’t heard).

I’ve tried lots of at home workout videos in the last few months. My favourites that I’m sharing with you today are all 30 minutes or less, and require either no equipment, or just mini bands!

Best At Home Workout Videos

1. Madfit 20 Min Total Core Workout

This workout will get your core burning! I love that there are so many exercises I had never done before, it’s fun to switch it up. You do each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds rest.

2. 30 Minute Total Body Mini Band Workout

This is a total body workout, and all you will need is mini bands. Mini bands are such a simple (and inexpensive) piece of equipment, but really take your workout to the next level.

3. Resistance Band Arm Workout

You will need a mini band for this video as well. I love that in this video, you can see the instructor struggling in the last few sets…it makes me feel better about myself!! 🙂

4. 30-minute No-Equipment Barre Sculpting Workout

If you haven’t done a barre workout before, they are AMAZING. Barre exercises involve lots of tiny movements that are super effective! The instructor in this video is so energetic too, it will definitely boost your mood.

5. 30 Minute No Equipment Leg Workout

If you’re looking for a really challenging leg workout, this one is for you! No equipment is needed, but trust me it will still have you sweating!
