Is drinking coffee part of your morning routine? Or, do you have a goal of making more coffees at home instead of buying out? Either way, having an organized coffee station will make your at-home coffee experience so much more enjoyable.

Every kitchen is different. Some have tons of counter space, some barely have room for appliances on countertops. No matter what size your kitchen is, there’s a way to create a perfectly organized coffee station. This blog post will give you tons of ideas, tips & tricks for coffee station organization (and a few options for tea, too!).

This post is all about coffee station organization.

Best Coffee Station Organization Ideas

1. Coffee Pod Storage

If you have a Nespresso machine, this drawer holder for capsules is a genius coffee organization idea! You can put your Nespresso machine on top (which saves counter space), and easily slide out the capsules from the drawer when making a coffee. I’ve linked the mesh holder for the original line above (because that’s what I have), but if you have the Vertuo line, try this capsule holder.

2. Coffee Corner

This bamboo corner storage organizer is a great option if you’re low on space and want to maximize every corner of your kitchen. With the multiple tiers, you can use each level for different coffee items and accessories like coffee beans, coffee mugs, sugar, and more!

3. Coffee Stand

Storing all your coffee items on your counter can sometimes look cluttered. But, I love the idea of putting everything on a raised cutting board like this one. It creates a dedicated space and separates it from the rest of your countertop items.

4. Countertop Jars

These canisters come with an airtight seal to keep your coffee (or tea) fresh. It’s a great way to keep your coffee easily accessible, but looks aesthetically pleasing too. You could either keep these canisters on your countertop, or place them on shelves or in cabinets to free up counter space!

If you don’t want to spend a ton of money, the dollar store and thrift stores are always great options! I’ve found tons of great glass jars for $2 from the dollar store.

5. Mug Hooks

Short on counter space? This is one of my favourite coffee station ideas! Try these mug hooks that go under a shelf or cabinet! It’s a great way to display your mugs, and you can hang them right over your coffee maker to create a coffee station in your kitchen. There’s black, brown, gold, and white colour options to suit any kitchen.

6. Floating Shelves

Take advantage of wall space with this floating shelf. It comes with hooks for mugs, plus the shelf can be used to hold & display coffee, syrups, etc.

7. Tea Box Organizer

Buy on Amazon

I am personally a fan of both coffee and tea, so I wanted to make sure to include organization solutions for tea too! When hosting, it’s also nice to offer the choice of coffee or tea.

Beautifully display your tea selection with this bamboo organizer. It would look great on your countertop, but could also be tucked away into a drawer or cabinet.

8. Acrylic Tea Organizer

Buy on Amazon

Instead of a bamboo organizer, you could opt for this smaller acrylic divided organizer for a drawer. It’s a great space to store sugar and honey packets, too!

9. Coffee Bar Cart

Buy on Amazon

If you don’t have room on your kitchen counters but have floor space elsewhere, create an entire coffee station on a bar cart! Just make sure that you have space close to an outlet (for your coffee maker), and ideally close to a water source too. You can fully stock this “coffee bar” with your coffee maker, kettle, mugs, all different kinds of coffee & tea, and more.
